    Honestly guys, i will do my exam tomorrow and im not paying attention of anything that this random users are saying, there are more positive comments than negative ones, so i think the questions are valid (November ones)

    Prepare carefully before taking the test. Answers are complex while taking exam. Make sure Tunnel Source IP, Destination IP and Tunnel IP. Tickets are Port security, Redistribution route-map, Switchport trunk,IPv6 OSPF, IPv6 GRE, VLAN filter, OSPF Authen.
    ***Read carefully and prepare the best. Learning is easier than taking exam.

    MCQ all were from the latest update of November —> but see 1 more related whit tunnel GRE about source and destination ip address one had the 10.xxx iPs and the second one the 192.xxx IPs
    Had 10 Tickets —> in ticket of ip helper i see in ASW1 port-security configuration un fa0/1 and fa0/0 but that is no the problem the problem is the ip helper

    According to the explanation it says sth about MTU mismatch, but I think according to the exhibit there’s no way to tell there’s a mismatch in MTU.
    Of course, EXSTART is the right answer since it’s the next stage after 2-Way when forming an adjacency.

    I know Seq MCQ is obsolete, but I have a theory why Q3 answer should be all zeros.

    In the exhibit configuration, it has a partial configuration for both traditional crypto-map style GRE over IPSEC and newer Static VTI configuration. To use crypto-map based IPSEC, you need to apply the map to the physical interface.

    But as you can see in the exhibit, it uses “tunnel mode ipsec ipv4” and “tunnel protection” command which means it uses route-based encryption.

    That’s the reason why answer B is correct.

    ACL has nothing to do with the sh crypto ipsec sa command in static VTI mode.
    It was just used as a diversion.

    Q2 on New Multiple Choice Questions (updated on 13th-Nov-2019)

    ExStart is the next state by default after the 2Way state. The explanation quoted from the link (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/ip/open-shortest-path-first-ospf/13684-12.html) has nothing to do with exhibit. The exhibit does not indicate whether the we have MTU mismatch or not and whether the adjacency got stuck in the ExStart/Exchange state.

    Again, ExStart is the next state after the 2Way state by default.

    @TO it is really helpful if you solve all the tickets from networktut without checking the answers first. It helps you understand what you dont know and what you should work on. I also used Kevin Wallace videos and Cisco documentation to refresh the topics

    Passed today with 9xx. LAB tickets are all from here, except a struggle I had. My ticket had two issues, 1. port security show “down” for both client ports under “sho port-security” while the port itself under “sho ip int brief” was up. In addition to that I noticed that also the IP helper IP for VLAN 10 on DSW1 was wrong. I decided to choose for the port security issues, not sure if correct.

    Anyhow, this 9tut helps a lot and should be sufficient to pass.

    alhamduliLleah, passed today with 1000. All tickets and question where same.
    Got stuck for few minutes with VLAN filter ticket. I haven’t noticed it here and at the exam i realized that vlan access-map test1 30 has action forward
    and if we remove access-list 10 (permit 10.2.1.3), it would allow traffic, because access-list 30 permits 10.2.1.0/24. So, for Client 1 host it would work, but it would still work for Client 2. And in the scenario, it mentions that both clients should work…

    I passed the CCNP yesterday 12/1/2019 with 9XX/1000. Everything is valid on here. I did not get any new questions but one and it really wasn’t even new. It was the same question as the drag and drop GRE tunnel question but with just different IP’s. Tickets were valid and so is the HSRP sim! The only thing i will say is that in the BGP sim they have a different IP address for the original. Instead of “no neighbor 209.165.200.2 remote-as 64525 ” it was something like “no neighbor 209.165.200.227 remote-as 64525”

    Advise: before starting any tshoot activities, ping the destination, i.e. verify the info provided by the customer in the ticket. That’s the approach cisco expects from you and you get points for it.

    Passed today (12/4) all questions valid.
    I made a mistake on one of the tshoot ticket (sw mo access). You must choose the one with interface fa 1/0/1 no shut command.
